My husband had a great stay here. The communication was clear, timely, and professional from beginning to end. Staff were always available to answer his questions and made everything straightforward and smooth. We really appreciated their courtesy and attention.

Getting any rest here is impossible. The soundproofing is poor both inside and outside, and the cleaning staff make an unreasonable amount of unpleasant noise. There’s no respect for guests, and they even knock on your door before checkout time. The value for money is awful. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

There’s no elevator since the hotel is all on one floor. The design is nice, and the rooms are very clean, though a bit small.

We paid extra for the “Premier room” at Casa Castillo, room 28 in Cholula, and it had no windows or ventilation. Smoke drifted in from people smoking just outside. There wasn’t a receptionist when we arrived, so I had to text them on Whatsapp. They got back to me three hours later, offered another room for 50% more, and ignored our calls. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Other rooms may also lack windows or proper ventilation, and management didn’t respond when we had a problem.

The location was great, and the place felt super cozy and romantic. We got wonderful service and felt like VIPs the whole stay. I’d happily come back.
