The place itself is lovely, clean, safe, and super close to the Zócalo. But I booked months ahead through Booking.com and couldn’t get any reply despite trying calls, messages, and emails. I even went to the property to check it was real and not a scam. The customer service was terrible. With friendly service, this would undoubtedly be a 5-star hotel.
