HM Hotel Bellazul Costa Azul

The caretaker was arrogant and rude, and the service was terrible. They're friendly when you arrive and pay, then everything changes during your stay. I absolutely don't recommend this place. If they don't like their work, they should do something else.

It's a simple, quiet place that did the job for a night's stay, and I recommend it. The room was clean and had cable TV, a working bathroom with hot water, and a refrigerator that worked well. There's also a small pool to relax in. It was a bit dirty when we arrived, but they cleaned it the next day. The person who greeted me was friendly and gave me both my room key and an access key, so I could come and go as I pleased. There is parking after 10 pm. During the day, or when there are no spaces, you have to park on the street. Our car was on the street until night on arrival day, and everything was fine, with no security issues.

For the price, this place is a damn beauty. The pool is clean and pretty, and the beds and bathroom are clean too. The refrigerator is half rotten but still does its job. They provide liquid and bar soap, towels, and toilet paper. There's a TV, though the beauty was useless, and no internet either. Still, what a beauty.

I stayed at Hotel Bella Azul in Acapulco from March 25th to 30th, 2024. Walmart is about a two-minute walk away and the beach about five minutes on foot. The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean, and they clean daily. It's quiet at night, rooms have air conditioning, and they give you a key to the street door so you can come and go as you please. The facilities need care: paint is peeling, and the pool water stays very cloudy even after cleaning. The room TV is old and doesn't work, the plastic chairs are badly worn, and the lighting is very dim. The sink faucet doesn't work. There's no shower enclosure or curtain, so the toilet and sink get very wet. The shower water comes out like a hose because the outlet is badly damaged. The toilet clogs often, and one pane was missing from the horizontal louvered window. If you'll be out sightseeing all day and only come back to sleep and shower, HOTEL BELLA AZUL is affordable and well located, and could be ideal.
