Hotel Brisa

The only good thing about this place is its location. The rooms were dirty, with a dirty mattress and blankets, a dirty floor, and stained walls. They don’t change the bedspreads, and staff walk around without asking permission or knocking. The bathroom was clogged and dirty, smelled like sewage, and had a metal bar hanging there to unclog it, which was worrying. The place is ugly, and the photos aren’t real. It’s expensive and overpriced, but they’re certainly ready to charge you. They call so many times. The hostess was bad in every way. I don’t recommend it at all.

The mattresses are incredibly uncomfortable, and neither the TV nor the air conditioning worked. When we asked staff for a solution, they couldn’t help and just got rude, saying they couldn’t do anything. The customer care and service were terrible. They keep trying to charge you the high-season rate. At that price, you can find much better options.

We got there on the morning of the 25th, and the staff were friendly. Access was easy, and the price was affordable. The stay was good overall since we only needed somewhere to leave our belongings. For the rooms, the TV didn’t work, there was no fan, and the air conditioning needs to be checked. The bathroom also had no ventilation.

The bathroom was filthy, and when drunk guests are around, nobody says anything. The room doors don't shut properly, either. They have an outside lock but nothing to lock them from inside.
