The hotel looks nothing like its photos, and both the rooms and pools were in terrible shape. The reception staff were rude, got irritated when we asked questions or needed help, and brushed off our complaints. They tidied up on the first day, but after that the room wasn't cleaned again until we were checking out in the afternoon on our last day. We had locked the rooms before heading to the beach that morning. When we came back, they were open and our clothes had been stolen. Staff laughed when we reported it and said we were lying. Then other guests showed up saying they'd been robbed too. Nothing was resolved, and they still tried to charge us for things the hotel had already broken. I absolutely don't recommend this place.
