The front desk team helped me figure out where to find good street food, interesting museums, and restaurants they recommend. My Spanish isn’t great, but we still had a good conversation. The place is simple and clean throughout, and everyone at reception was really helpful. I enjoyed staying here and would come back on my next trip to Guanajuato.

I was with a large group, and they weren’t happy with the hotel’s quality. I’m not fussy, though, and for such a cheap price I thought the rooms were reasonable. The staff handled the complaint well. The small beds were the main drawback for me. If you want an inexpensive hotel right downtown, it works well.

Clean, pleasant place to stay, with free tea and coffee. The prices are very affordable.

Fine for a one-night stay, but there was no parking available, which caused a problem.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the place felt very unhealthy. The bathroom door and the window glass were broken. A terrible place to stay.
