The staff were friendly, but the accommodations were bad enough that I'm not coming back. My daughters and I had the flu, and it was 6 degrees Celsius (43 degrees Fahrenheit), so showering in freezing water wasn't an option. Hot water came through for about a minute, then turned ice cold, and we couldn't finish washing. The beds were incredibly hard. I woke at 3:30 in the morning feeling cold, with only two blankets that weren't warm enough. I hope they improve the place, because friendly staff can't make up for these problems.

We booked ahead and paid, but when we arrived they had no rooms and didn't honor our reservation. The staff member in charge was inefficient, and they kept our money instead of refunding it. They also didn't help us find another hotel. Being left without somewhere to stay after arriving is more than an inconvenience, it can be dangerous. Terrible service, and be careful when you book.
