Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a quaint little hotel with just 3 rooms and beautiful views of the town. It's easy enough to get to, though there's a bit of a climb. Guanajuato means lots of stairs wherever you go, so bring comfortable walking shoes. I wouldn't suggest high heels.

The view is the one nice thing I can say about this hotel. Getting there by car isn't possible, and it's nearly impossible to find. The staff weren't helpful, the hot water didn't work, and many of the lights in the room were out. On checkout day, they charged 20 pesos per hour to store our luggage. I've never been charged for leaving luggage at a hotel on the day I check out. This place isn't worth it. I'm sure there are plenty of other nice, helpful hotels in this lovely city.

We visited from October 14 2018 to October 16. The terrace, views, and room were all great. There was no WiFi signal in our room, though I didn't really mind. Breakfast wasn't included in the reservation, but it's definitely worth getting. The only reason I'm not giving more stars is that the staff were a little rude at check-in. Be sure you know where they'll meet you to check in.

Getting to Hotelito Casa Dionisio means climbing quite a few stairs, but it was worth it. We had a wonderful stay. The staff welcomed us and were very helpful, our room was fantastic, and the balcony had a great view. The bed was comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were spotless. We'd highly recommend this hotel.

There's no refrigerator in the room, which was the one issue for us. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The hotel sits on the hillside below the Pipila Mirador, with an awesome view of town. If you're after a real stay in Guanajuato, this is it.
