Casa Num 11 - Arquitectos

They don't respect reservations and seem completely disorganized. I paid in advance for two nights a week ahead because the long weekend was expected to be busy. A few days before arrival, I messaged to say we'd get there around 9 p.m., and they said that was fine. But when my partner and I arrived, nobody answered the doorbell. I called and a woman told us they were full, then came outside when we asked to speak in person. She said a family of four had already booked the place. Since we had nowhere else to stay, she told us to find a hotel and said she'd pay for it, and that we could return the next day for our remaining night. Nearby hotels were full, so we ended up going to one quite far away late at night. The next day, we called while the woman was on her way. She said she'd already paid for the other hotel and was coming to meet us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I'm writing this so you don't have a bad experience like we did.
