I was staying somewhere else, but the person running this hostel kept trying to interrupt me on the street while I was dealing with my work boss. He seemed heavily intoxicated and was very aggressive. I wasn't interested in chatting while working, so I quietly carried on and ignored him. He called me an asshole, demanded attention or money, and threatened me. When I told him off, he became aggressive again. This doesn't seem like a hostel that's managing to stay afloat.

The terrace is excellent, and you can easily see El Pípila, though not every balcony has a direct view and the main cathedral is behind the property. We also liked the nice room and the great location. The owner was attentive to what we needed, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

I was traveling alone to Guanajuato and Mrs. Sandra made me feel comfortable and, above all, safe. The facilities were very clean, and it was quiet enough for me to rest peacefully. It was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend it! Diana.

I came across this hostel by chance, and the woman hosting there was GREAT. It's right in the center, and everything was super clean. Even the rooms and bathrooms smelled lovely. I'd definitely recommend it.
