The restaurant downstairs is spectacular. Try the patatas bravas, they’re the best snack ever! We had a view, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel was hyperclean, with incredibly comfortable beds, and close enough to walk to the city center while still being far enough away for a quiet, restful night. There’s no need to worry about parking: a service can pick up your car right in front, as long as you arrange it in advance. I’ll always stay here. It’s much more comfortable than any Airbnb.

The hotel had a beautiful view, and Guanajuato itself was impressively beautiful. We had a wonderful visit, with lots of fun, colorful, attractive activities.

Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, and they paid attention to even the smallest details. My room was cleaned every day, with a fresh towel, soap, and shampoo, and they made sure nothing was missing. I also got a welcome bottle of wine and a bottle of water, plus a free shot at the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the vermouth is definitely worth trying 😉 This was one of the best experiences of my life. I’d definitely stay there again!♥️

We felt very welcome thanks to the incredibly friendly staff, and the hotel is well located. There’s no parking lot, but one is relatively close. We could continue sleeping into the dawn of January 01.

We had breakfast at Oajillo cafe in the hotel. The decor is nice and the location is good, and for $70 pesos each ($3.50 USD) there was a generous amount of food: coffee or tea, juice, a small serving of fruit, a pancake, and a main dish. My chilaquiles came with very stale totopos (chips), unfortunately. Our server wasn’t attentive, which took away from the experience.
