Wi-Fi worked very well, but hot water took 5-10 minutes of running before it got warm. My single room was super tiny, with no room to open a full-sized suitcase. My friend had a different single room with no windows and said it felt like jail. The location is great, but bars and clubs nearby make it really, really hard to sleep. It's noisy all night. If you're there for nightlife and don't expect to sleep, this is the place. If you want a quiet night's rest, look elsewhere.

The location was great when we stayed two weeks ago, but evening service was really bad. The woman working in the morning was great, while the guy at night was very bad. There was no Wi-Fi, no air conditioning, and sometimes no water. I'll never go back.

I was so happy to find this place. It's full of history and feels romantic, close to the main square and within walking distance of everything. The people here are friendly and very helpful. I absolutely love it!

The location is excellent, near great restaurants, shops, parks, and all the day and night life. But the club across the street plays pounding music until 4AM, which makes getting to sleep really hard. Our suite badly needed updating. There was black mold in the bathroom, problems with hot water, and a hole in one of the towels. The mattresses were way past their useful life, and the Wi-Fi and cable TV were useless, if they worked at all. This hotel has a lot of potential, but the room let it down.
