It's a lovely, cozy hotel, very quiet and perfect for relaxing. The hosts are super nice and love animals, and they treated Scrappy really well. If you're traveling with a pet, I'd highly recommend it. They treat pets like part of the family.

Your social media lists a phone number, but nobody answers. For tourists coming from outside Acapulco, that makes it impossible to get information or book a reservation.

Those towels were ripped, and the pool couldn't be used because the owner said it had chemicals in it. For what I paid, the experience was poor. The bathroom was cramped and covered in limescale. The owner was welcoming when I first asked about the service, then the next day she scolded me over everything and got angry.

The towels and sheets were dirty, yet they insisted I leave my brand-new towel behind because they said it belonged to them. Their own towels were stained, torn, and dirty. They advertise a pool, but wouldn't let us use it. The owner was pleasant at first, then rude once I'd paid. A terrible stay, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend this place.

Tamarindo Beach is only a few steps away, with banks, Sears, and Soriana stores close by too. Ms. Gabriela was attentive to everything we needed and the service was excellent. We'll definitely come back. 100% recommended.
