The rooms are really big, breakfast is good, and the whole stay was great. Just know that the parking entrance gets closed late at night, so you may have to yell for the guard to let you in. Besides that, everything was perfect.

It's a handy place for one night because it's right in central Cholula, and the room itself is roomy, clean, and pleasant. Bring an extra blanket in the colder months, though, since it gets very cold. There's no hot water, and you can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms.

If the hotel is following a sustainability policy that affects room cleaning, guests need to be told clearly so they can decide whether to stay. My room hadn't been cleaned, the bed wasn't made, and the bathroom supplies weren't replaced. The hotel needs responsible management of cleanliness if it wants to keep its place in the market.

The place is comfortable and nice, but the hot water setup is a hassle. You have to ask someone to turn it on each time before showering, then wait. On top of that, exposed pipes and wires run across the ceiling where you sleep. The architect was either very stingy or incompetent.

The staff were attentive and the location is excellent. But the gym on the third floor means you can't sleep until 7 am, and you have to keep asking for hot water. Alfredo Espinosa April 30th to May 3rd
