The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. It was quiet, clean, beautiful, and felt safe. I felt right at home ☺️🙏🏻 Thank you so much 🫂

My family liked how comfortable the rooms were. As always, the service was excellent, the shared areas were very clean, and our rooms were cleaned every day. I also noticed the building isn’t all painted white anymore. The new bright colors look really nice.

Mr. César’s service was terrible, and he was very rude. My room had no electricity, the windows didn’t work, and there was a lot of humidity. The rooms were in very poor condition, nothing like the photos or what they promised. None of the rooms had hot water.

They didn’t clean once during my stay, and there was no hot water. The man was very rude, too. The hotel looks nothing like the photos and seems to have gone without maintenance for a long time. It’s awful.

🚨DO NOT STAY HERE🚨 The place is horrible and dirty, the staff are terrible, and all the furniture is old.
