Suites Costa Brava

The view at Casa Costa Brava is stunning, the kind that leaves you speechless. We found everything well looked after, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to rest and enjoy our time there. The staff were always warm and attentive, and made us feel at home right away. Such a lovely visit, and a place we'd be happy to return to. 🌊✨

I had a terrible stay. There are rats in the upstairs rooms, the place isn't cleaned, and the air conditioning doesn't work. The beds are in awful shape, with springs sticking out. There's no restaurant, and nowhere along the street to buy anything. I wouldn't return for anything, and I don't recommend it. They need to maintain the house and replace the mattresses. The university is a better option.

This was the worst place in Acapulco for me. We had to track down the cleaner and ask her to do her job; otherwise, the room wasn't cleaned. The air conditioner only came on at night, was set to 29°C, and couldn't be turned down. The mattress was awful, with springs digging into my back, and it had bedbugs. Parking costs an extra $100 per night, or you have to leave your car on the street.

We showed up at 10 pm without a booking, and even with 12 of us they took us in. Call first to see if they have room. The service was great: someone from the kitchen made us food at 1 am when we got hungry. And if it's really hot, they have amazing popsicles for sale 😎😎🤌🤌. We had a fantastic time and hope to find a reservation next time. I'd recommend them 100%! 👌
