We really enjoyed staying here after a night out. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are fantastic, and the decor is lovely. The food was great and the staff were friendly. The location worked perfectly for us.

At first the room and parking seemed fine, but the bathroom problems made this a terrible stay. The toilet didn't work, and the plumber they sent couldn't fix it, so I had to ask for a bucket to use instead. I also had to ask the plumber to leave because he was still trying to repair it at 1 a.m. By morning, the bathroom had flooded. I tried to be understanding because it was late, but then the shower water was freezing cold. Reception said they already knew about the issue because someone in another room had called, but offered no solution. I had to shower that way, and they never apologized or offered a discount or anything.

I only stayed here because they allowed pets, and I'm not sure my dog was happy about it. The hotel is old and run down, the shower had no hot water, and everything seemed poor quality.

An old, run-down hotel in the center of Aguascalientes, which seems to be dying too.
