The included breakfast is a big bonus, and the rooms were clean with friendly staff. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The lobby bathrooms kept running out of soap and paper, even after we told the staff.

The breakfast was sufficient for me, and the staff were friendly during my two-night stay. My room wasn't very spacious and wasn't insulated, but I still enjoyed my stay. Since Aguascalientes was my entry point into Mexico, I decided to book this Hyatt Place. I think they built it because of the car factory next door.

It’s been four days and they still haven’t credited my Hyatt account for the stay. I tried calling, but nobody there seems able to understand me. I just get passed around and then hung up on.

The rooms were good for the price, and the food was good, though they could offer more variety. What really made the experience was the service and friendliness of the manager, Michelle Ordorica. She was helpful in every way. I highly recommend it.

It's close to the airport, affordable, and has great amenities. Excellent hotel, whether you're getting away or doing business in Aguascalientes. The only hotel that topped it, and maybe even surpassed it, was hotel Francia in the main downtown district. Enjoy!
