We had so many problems during our stay. I eventually had to speak with the owner, who repeatedly lied about almost everything. There was no air conditioning, and the water was only hot now and then. He charged us $50 too much and refused to give it back. Our room was right above a very noisy highway. Passing cars shook the building and made a deafening racket. The owner eventually said he’d switch on the air conditioner, but wouldn’t give us a control, even for a deposit. He also wanted to charge extra for it, saying it wasn’t included in the deal. This was the only room available because the other rooms he’d promised us all smelled like sewage. That should give you an idea of what’s being offered here. Maybe you should reconsider representing this kind of company. This place might suit a different kind of traveler, or Mexican workers. I’m sure it would be a good deal for them because they’re so underpaid. We had to leave and went to the competitor, hotel Medrano. It cost about the same and had beautiful accommodations.

The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the shower took 30 minutes to get warm. Even then, the water wasn’t hot and the shower was barely comfortable. There was a broken soap dish with a sharp, pointed edge that was dangerous. Everything was poor quality. I’d never recommend this place or stay again. It should be closed.

The room was cozy and functional, with all the basics and no frills. The main drawback is that hot water isn’t available on demand. Shower early if you’re hoping for water that’s warm, or maybe lukewarm.

I won’t stay here again. I woke up at night to use the bathroom, turned on the light, and found roaches crawling all over the place.
