The wifi is really bad, and breakfast was mediocre. The rooms feel old, and the vanity is designed so poorly that the toilet lid keeps falling onto your back while you're using it. I had to put a towel behind me. Front desk staff seemed too busy on their phones to notice customers or even say hello. If you want to be right by the plaza and get woken up by loud music at 6:20 am, this place might work...

The location was good, and the housekeeping staff were the only reason I rated it as highly as I did. Breakfast was terrible, and the dated rooms were so humid that the carpets felt damp. It wasn't worth the price, even at the cheapest rate. The reviews seemed misleading, and I suspect they might be fake. We had planned to stay three weeks, but ended up leaving after three nights and quickly found another hotel.

The rooms are older but well kept, and the staff were friendly. Parking is in the basement, with very little room to maneuver. Some rooms look out over the plaza and cathedral, but ours faced a demolished building behind the hotel. Boo!

An old hotel with poor service and very bad management.

Everything is within walking distance, and the location is great. My room was clean and had an excellent city view, and the staff were kind and efficient. Since I was traveling alone, I really appreciated that the front desk arranged a taxi with a female driver for my trip back to the airport. I felt safe. Excellent hotel.
