The room furniture looked old, so I didn't expect much on the first day, but we ended up enjoying our stay. We slept really well, the shower was fantastic, and we liked the service, restaurant, and amenities. There are lots of ways to spend your time, from yoga, swimming, and the gym to printing something or having coffee in the garden. I've stayed at several Ags hotels, including Marriott, fiesta Americana, and Hilton. For value and satisfaction, my order is: 1. Fiesta Americana, 2. Wyndham garden, 3. Marriott, and last, Hilton, where I'll never book again.

We had to switch rooms because the bathroom was a mess. In the first room, a wall light was held up by just ONE screw. It looked like it would come off the wall if you pulled it a little. In the next room, the small soap rack was broken. They'd tried to patch it with caulk, but did a poor job, and you could still see inside the wall. You can hear every single footstep in the hallway, too. I have nothing good to say about this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bathroom in our first room was dirty, so we asked to move. The next room was better but still wasn't clean. The window wouldn't close all the way, the TV was outdated, and the AC rattled. If it hadn't been so late when we checked in, I would've been okay with losing the money and going somewhere else.

Good food at the restaurant, and great service.

Terrible experience. There were bed bugs everywhere, so we left that night for another place. My wife developed rashes and we spent 2500 pesos on urgent care. Our claim with Orbitz is still in progress.
