The internet never worked, and when I asked about the lack of cold water, they said the downstairs showers were using it up. With the weather around 30°, hot water was miserable. There were cockroaches and mold on the sheets, too. They handed out TV remotes but apparently don't pay for cable, and when I asked about the internet, all I got was “maybe it'll come back later” instead of help. Awful place. If you can stay somewhere else, do it.

The staff were so friendly and attentive, and I really liked the clean, comfortable rooms. It was quiet, too. Some rooms have parking of their own, so I could keep my car out of the sun. The price is very affordable, and it's close to the beach with plenty of places to eat nearby.

I've stayed here two years in a row now, and the attentive, helpful staff make it an easy choice. I'll definitely stay again the next time I'm in town.

We had an issue with our room, and they sorted it out right away. The service was really friendly, and there are lots of places to eat nearby, plus an Oxxo, a Yepa, and a pharmacy just steps away. Staying here was a real pleasure.

Room number 11 needs some basic bathroom things: a soap dish for toiletries like shampoo and soap, a bath mat, and a towel to dry the bathroom. There's no closet for clothes either. At $3500 a night for 6 people, it feels expensive. The pool is dirty and poorly maintained, so the beach is a better option.
