The apartment was modern, roomy, and decorated beautifully. I booked through Casago and loved staying here. Whenever I had a question, someone got back to me within minutes. I’d happily stay again.

We loved our little condo. The neighbors were great, the pool was amazing, and this was the best air conditioning and cleaning we’ve had during our time in tulum.

The place was all new and everything else was great. We did miss having an iron, though, and the listing mentioned a private jacuzzi that we didn’t actually get.

There was plenty of room for six of us, but the basics kept failing. During all six days, we lost internet and, especially, water every day. We were without water most of the time, so showering, using the toilet, washing dishes, and doing a lot of other things became impossible.
