The front desk ladies are very nice, but the airport shuttle took two hours to pick me up. For the ride to the airport at 3 pm, I waited an hour because the driver wasn't there yet. The rooms aren't comfortable, and the laundry is ridiculous and dirty. Two of the three washing machines were broken. One machine filled with water, but didn't wash or spin my clothes, leaving them soaked and still dirty. I don't recommend this hotel. Aside from the front desk, I don't see what merits a 5-star score.

The location is very good, and the limited parking lot was still okay. The front desk people weren't friendly at all. There's a bar and terraza, which is convenient, and happy hour runs Monday through Thursday. Their breakfast is great too.

I've traveled a lot, and the staff and service here are incredible. They go out of their way whenever they can. There wasn't a fridge in my room, so a man brought one over in 20 minutes. I needed a fan for sleeping, and when I came back from dinner, a brand new one was waiting in the room. Happy hour includes two beers or two Cokes for free, plus miniature snacks. Breakfast is the full deal, made to order in a full kitchen, not an American fake breakfast.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the customer service was excellent. I enjoyed the weekday happy hour and the really good breakfast choices. Housekeeping came daily, which was wonderful. They also offer a complimentary airport shuttle, and there's a big shopping center or mall within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff and service are incredible, and it's a nice hotel. The problem is the self-service laundry and the elevator are broken most of the time. My clothes were ruined twice by the washing machines.
