We stayed from Jan 31 till Feb 02 and really loved it. The rooms were upgraded, neat, and clean, with improved amenities. They serviced my room early in the morning while I was at breakfast, and had fresh towels ready when I got back. A few people have mentioned bad elevators and rooms, but it looks like most of the hotel has been renovated. There was still some construction, so we could hear a little work-in-progress noise. I believe it will be over soon. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the dedicated shuttle saved us some money on uber. When we landed, I called reception and they arranged it. Breakfast was complimentary and very good, with lots of choices and freshly cooked food. I live in the US, and I thought it was better than breakfast at Holiday Inn hotels there. The people at reception were friendly and knew English, which helped since I don’t know Spanish :p

DON'T STAY HERE!!! After a long trip, my family and I chose holiday in hoping to get some rest, but the night has been a nightmare. There was no hot water for a shower and no internet in the room. My husband needed to work, but couldn’t. When we called the front office, they told us to go downstairs to get some I teener, and they don’t even have a business center.

The reception staff do try to help, but this is a dated hotel. The small gym is open 24/7. Be careful on the treadmill at the back, it slipped while I was staying there. Breakfast is okay, but there were power cuts, Wi-Fi shut downs, and sometimes no warm water.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the bigger rooms we booked worked perfectly for 5. Breakfast was good, and there are Starbucks, Oxxo, and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is being remodeled, which is much needed. The hallway carpet looked a bit dirty, the pool wasn’t working, and the price was still on the high side. There’s only 1 elevator, and it takes a while. I’d recommend the hotel and stay again in the future, especially after the remodel.

We had a one-night layover here. It’s not far from the Monterrey airport, and the hotel has a shuttle. Once you arrive, call and tell them which terminal you’re at. Our room was nice and clean, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast is free and has lots of options, including fruit.
