The beds weren't queen size as advertised, and they were very uncomfortable. There was hardly any water pressure, odd smells, and the front desk women were rude. This felt more like a motel than a hotel, with poor service. Bring your own towels if you plan to swim. Coffee and laundry cost extra, and housekeeping only comes once a week. Airport traffic was heavy all night.

We stayed in room 226 and left before our scheduled departure for another hotel. I almost never leave bad reviews, but this place was far below expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it even for one night's sleep. They wouldn't let us see a room before booking, and I suspect they knew we wouldn't have taken it if we had. The washroom was extremely dirty, with peeling paint and caulking falling away. The showerhead was so rusty we didn't use the shower. The lobby and rooms smelled, the carpets were filthy, and the refrigerator looked like it had come from a scrap yard, with rust and brown smudges on the side. The pillows smelled so bad I couldn't use them. The elevator stopped while we were moving our luggage. We were given only one room key, and the door lock's keypad cover was missing, leaving the circuit board exposed. When I couldn't find a luggage trolley at checkout, the front desk staff looked around briefly, then shrugged and basically said it was my problem. This was the worst and dirtiest hotel I've stayed in across North America.

I wasn't comfortable staying the night after I heard a car alarm and looked out to see a small pickup being emptied of its contents. I told the receptionist, who said they had a guard, but the guard seemed clueless.

The large fridge was nice, and the bed was comfortable. But the pillows were terrible, the bathroom mirror wasn't clean, and the AC filter needs cleaning.
