Casa Arandas Hotel Suits

👌 They gave us the best customer service.

The staff were both professional and really friendly, and there’s plenty of parking. The rooms feel modern and elegant, and they were comfortable too. It’s a handy spot, five blocks from the city center and near shops and restaurants. You need a keycard to get through the main entrance and into your room. A very good place to stay.

The rooms were comfortable, and both the facilities and the service were excellent. The location was great too. I’d recommend it.

The delay checking out was my biggest problem. I tried to leave at 10 in the morning, but reception wasn’t open, and the phone they left by the door went unanswered. I finally got through around 11:30, when they opened. They asked me for a deposit even though friends staying there weren’t asked for one, and those friends paid less than I did despite my booking directly with the hotel. I didn’t understand the difference. The rooms are nice and look like the photos, but our sheets and glasses were dirty. There are lots of stairs to reach the rooms, which is understandable, though I think the downstairs door should be locked at night. It was always open. Reception isn’t open around the clock, which added to the trouble. Still, I had a good stay and would come back, but they should pay more attention to these issues.
