The price felt too high for what you get, and there was no hot water. On the bright side, the receptionist was fantastic. She translated everything for me since my Spanish is bad, lol.

We had a terrible stay when we went in May 2025. There’s no air conditioning, and the showers were clogged, with barely any water coming out. What little did come through was cold. They said there’d be hot water, but there wasn’t. We’d requested three rooms; only one had water, and even there it was just lukewarm after we waited more than an hour. The place was dirty and badly neglected, and the manager was rude and unpleasant. It was awful, and we’ll never return. I’m sharing this so others don’t get taken in and stay there.

They said there’d be hot water when I got my room, but I waited 30 minutes and then left the tap running for another 10 before it finally came through. There wasn’t even a blanket to keep warm, which you need because the nights get cold.
