I had a great experience with A1 Chicago Limo Services. The driver was very courteous, and the sedan was comfortable and luxurious. I'll definitely use them again.

The communication was awful, and I don't think this place is worth it. The person at the counter had seen our passports and how many kids we had, and explained things one way. In the morning, another staff member said that person was wrong and tried to charge extra for our other two children, even though we'd already paid. They hadn't called our room to let us know beforehand. When I asked for a refund, they said they'd deduct the extra charges they hadn't mentioned the night before. There are bigger, better, cheaper places. Watch out for hidden extra charges.

The staff, interior design, and restaurant were all good. The only issue was the weak Wi-Fi signal in the apartment.

Nice place to relax, though the food service isn't good.
