Everything else was excellent, and I’ll definitely come back soon. The staff were very friendly, but the cleaning service was terrible. When we arrived, there was a fake fingernail in the shower from a previous guest. They cleaned it twice, yet when I left the room the nail was still on the shower floor. They should consider changing the cleaning staff or giving them better training. ♥️

Finca 2 is really nice, and my large group of friends and I had a great time there. But the pricing felt unfair. My friends paid one rate, and when I stayed a few days later, I was charged much more. I explained that I was with the same group, but they wouldn’t honor the price quoted in the message they sent me because demand was high. I ended up paying double what my friends paid. They also charged me the Saturday rate even though I asked them to honor the different Friday price. For my first night, I had to stay at Finca 1, which I really don’t recommend. It’s a shame, because otherwise I’d recommend the place, but I don’t think the rates are fair and they should stick to the quoted prices.

There are some quiet corners where you can relax, but I expected more for the price. The cabins are small, the amenities are quite limited, and the shared kitchen is a little neglected.
