Hotel Posada Los Faroles Atlixco

I contacted the hotel by phone to ask about the terms for a stay a month later. The manager, Vanesa, asked for my dates and said there shouldn't be a problem. She said she'd send payment details so I could transfer the money, but nothing came. I messaged on WhatsApp the next day to follow up, and she then said they couldn't host me because of a large booking, despite what she'd told me the night before. I felt I was turned away after giving my information and explaining that I only wanted the service advertised, nothing beyond what they could provide. To me, the change and lack of clarity were extremely rude and discriminatory, especially since she didn't know me. I'm upset, yes. Anyone could be after being treated in an exclusionary way no one deserves. I don't recommend staying here because booking even a simple room was handled terribly and the discrimination I experienced seemed evident. Google Maps should also let a user share a negative experience with a business it promotes. Ignoring my opinion would itself be discriminatory.
