The pool and palm trees make the setting really relaxing, and the place feels peaceful and comfortable. What stood out most was how attentive the whole staff were. They offer personal service suited to your needs whenever you need it. Prices are lower than at other hotels, while the service is great and the atmosphere feels family-friendly and homey. I'll be back soon!

The pool wasn't working when I visited. The manager said that was because of the earthquake, and I also noticed it was mostly dirty. The hotel's online description didn't match certain requirements, and the rooms were very small. I found the price high for what was offered, with a terrible value for money. The location is somewhat hidden, though Atlixco is small enough to walk into the center. I honestly can't picture walking around the hotel at night. I was disappointed on my first visit, and it's a difficult place to describe objectively.

It's easy to get here, and the hotel is close enough to the town center to walk through pleasant streets and greenery. I know the owners very well, and the warmth of the service and comfort here are hard to match. A lovely way to experience life in Atlixco.

The prices were very reasonable, and everyone was friendly. They also suggested things to see around town. We had a comfortable stay at a great place, and I'll definitely return!
