I had a great experience.

The room I got had functional problems from the start and wasn't the one I'd booked, so I cancelled that same day. I've contacted both the hotel and Booking.com several times since to get a refund, but they keep blaming each other. The refund is still pending, despite the promises and waiting times they gave me. Save yourself the hassle of going through the same thing.

Everything else was excellent, but I have one suggestion: somewhere to store or hang clothes. For a one-day stay it's fine, but if you want to stay longer, living out of a suitcase isn't ideal. That's my only suggestion. 👌

The panoramic view was incredible, and the rooms, service, and hospitality were all excellent.
