If you book through Booking.com or another site, message the owner to make sure your reservation is confirmed. Ours was canceled while we were out on the street trying to find the place. She'd contacted Booking.com beforehand, but it seems the information never went through. We were meant to stay one night on the day we arrived in Cancun. Also ask for the address ahead of time, even if your reservation is confirmed. The address listed on Google and other sites seems to be wrong. We drove around the neighborhood for an hour and never found it.

The rooms and bathroom were clean, and the kitchen had all the cooking gear. But it wasn't in good enough condition to use.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful, and everything was clean. Great value for the money. I don't understand the negative reviews before mine.

A total disaster. I booked yesterday morning for seven nights, and just five minutes ago, at 9:30, they told me it was already booked and there was no availability. I told them, "But I booked it for you this morning!" I have a screenshot of the conversation.

Terrible service. The room we were given was the only one without electricity, even though other rooms were available. The manager wouldn't move us. The power only came back on as we were leaving.
