This happened to my family about two weeks ago. We left something in our room, then came back the same day to claim it. The maid who cleaned the room had found it, but it should have been taken to lost and found instead of kept. They need to pay closer attention to guests’ needs, especially in situations like this.

The towels were old and really flimsy, and they need replacing. We kept having to ask for more because they only left one in the room.

Comfy and very central, just steps from downtown. It’s a great little spot for a quick getaway, though it’s no Bellagio in Vegas.
