The rooms are large, nice, and clean, and the location is pretty good. Everything else was superb, though the food quality wasn’t consistent. One morning breakfast was excellent, but the next day we had to send it back. The staff could also use a little more common sense to make a stay better, like offering drinks at the pool or dock instead of making guests go ask for one.

The free kayaks and stand-up paddleboards were a real bonus, and breakfast was small but we could order extra dishes. We stayed five nights in this small, fairly new building. It was very quiet, and we enjoyed our time here a lot. A lovely place, definitely worth five stars.

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We only know basic Spanish, but communication was easy enough, and the team also speaks English. We’d seen comments about the language before, though it seemed management had made an effort. Their warmth and attentiveness really stood out, and the service felt much better than what we’re used to back home in Macau. They were always checking whether we needed anything. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy our stay. We spent 10 days here and it felt like a real escape. The room was gorgeous, cozy, minimalist, and high class, with the most amazing views we’ve ever seen. It felt worth the price. The restaurant food was good and not overly expensive, and you can use their kayaks for free, which is a nice extra. A couple of things could be better. The continental breakfast was disappointing for the price of the stay. It looked good in photos and wasn’t bad, but felt like a regular hotel breakfast. There were some really good items you could order, though I’d have expected things like fried eggs and bread. That’s a management issue, not the staff’s fault. I also felt let down by some of the other guests. During our stay, a few made a big fuss in the corridors and around the pool and weren’t very respectful toward the staff or the place. I hope management sets some house rules so everyone can enjoy the hotel and the staff can work in peace.

The restaurant is a real highlight. Daniel and his coworkers were so friendly and helpful, and the service was amazing. The food, coffee, and drinks were delicious, and you don’t need to be staying at the hotel to eat there. I loved the modern decor and the music too. Thanks, Daniel, for all your help, and thanks to the whole team for keeping the place looking beautiful. The hotel itself is a lovely modern boutique property, with clean, comfortable rooms and great lagoon views. The water pressure was excellent. They have a dock, and can arrange excursions from there so you can get out on the water.

The jetty gives you direct access to the lagoon, and the view from the window shows all those different shades of water. It’s a peaceful spot, and they have kayaks and can set up boat trips to the cenotes and rapids. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the food was delicious, and all the staff were lovely. A modern, chic hotel in a beautiful location. Thank you!
