The woman was very welcoming, the service was great, and the location is central. But the room was so dirty: there was hair on the bed, the sink in the bedroom was really dirty, and the bathroom had a very strong smell. It was cheap, 750 pesos for a double room, but for the same price we preferred Hotelito Miriam. It was much cleaner!
The outside is beautiful, but inside the room felt like something from a criminal 8 mm movie.
For the room price, this is a really good deal, and the owner is very friendly. The location is excellent, just half a block from the park. The shower is a nice size and has a pressure pump, so the water flow is really good. There's no parking, but the area is quiet at night and you can park outside.
Affordable, friendly place with air conditioning, a private bathroom, hot shower, shampoo, and handmade honey soap. They have delicious self-serve coffee morning and evening, and you can sit at the small tables on a pleasant terrace. Everything was quite clean. The rooms could use some work on their appearance, though: they aren't painted or maintained well, which gives the impression that they're not clean.
We had a spectacular two-night stay at Hotelito 3B. The room was clean and cozy, and the place itself is nice, clean, and affordable. The woman who helped us was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast isn't included, but there's a coffee bar on the shared terrace. The park is just half a block away. We'll definitely come back.
