We had a huge balcony, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was spotless, too. The hotel is quiet but still very close to the main square. There's a laundry place on the next block run by a super friendly, efficient woman. Recommended.

The lagoon is about a two-minute walk away. Our room was clean and spacious, the service was friendly, and the Wi-Fi was fast.

The room was a little dark, but the hotel had a nice nature-inspired look and felt small and cosy. It's near the centre. We had a great stay, and the included Mexican breakfast was delicious and came out very quickly.

The location is excellent, and the lovely owners help make this well-run little hotel a great place to stay in Bacalar. We had room #10, with a large south-facing balcony and a very comfortable king bed. It also had a small fridge, electric kettle, small safe, and quiet, efficient A/C. The drinking water stations, great breakfast, and parking were especially nice touches. You will love staying here.
