A nice place.

The location is good, but the rest of the stay could have been better. It’s a very basic room, and for 200 pesos more, or even the same price, you can find somewhere better. The air conditioning doesn’t cool, the pool is extremely dirty, and the noise goes on until the early hours. This isn’t a place to relax or even get a decent night’s sleep.

The photos didn’t match the condition of the rooms, and they showed a restaurant that was never open. We were given one price on the phone and a different one when we arrived, and the cost seemed very high for the rooms and amenities. There were no towels in the room, so we had to ask in person since there was no phone to reach reception. The pool was complete chaos, with kids running everywhere, loud music, and no obvious control over the guests. Some afternoon music and freedom to enjoy activities is understandable, but this was a real scandal. Check-in was at 3 pm and checkout at 12 pm. They didn’t give us a receipt or anything when we paid, and I had to use a card because they didn’t even have 200 pesos in cash to give me change. Complete disarray and poor service.

There’s party music all night, and it’s noisy until 3 pm at the pool. The children’s pool was being used from 7 am, and the sheets were dirty and stained. It’s a very noisy place. If you want to sleep, don’t stay here. Awful.
