Behind Plaza las Americas, so getting there on foot is easy. My stay was about 28 usd, which felt like a great deal. The rooms are little apartments, with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, table, and small living room. Clean and a great option whether you're staying one night or longer. Recommended.

They turned us away at the door and told us to use the internet to find another hotel. They dismissed us completely and didn't even point us toward somewhere else.

The night staff were extremely rude and wouldn't give us blankets, even though it was freezing. We couldn't get anything sorted without asking who-knows-who, and the service was awful. Our first room felt dirty and was covered in mold, with blood even on the walls. They wouldn't move us until the second night. It was a terrible experience, and I would never return or recommend this place.
