After we drank the milk at breakfast, we realized it was spoiled. We told the waiters, who saw it and took it back, then notified management. They offered free breakfast to make up for it, but later came to our room and said the dog they'd allowed at the hotel the night before couldn't stay anymore. We basically had to leave.

My father and I stayed here for about a week and had a great time. There are three floors of rooms and a pool. Most of the staff don't speak English, but if you can use Google Translate, it shouldn't be a problem.

A real find for families. It's in a convenient spot, very well kept, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The owners supervise things themselves and are around and available all the time.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. The restaurant felt a bit pricey for the small portions, though, and the cafe, whether latte or lechero as they call it in Veracruz, wasn't good.

The staff were super friendly, and the bedrooms or suites are really good. They could use a minibar. For what they charge, breakfast could be included too.
