The beach out front felt clean and refreshing, and the hotel itself was lovely. Our room was nice and tidy.

We came for a wedding. The room was great, though the hotel is a bit of a drive from the city. We did run into some issues with staff during the reception.

Really nice hotel 👌 The rooms were beautiful and spacious, everything felt so clean and fresh, and the location was excellent.

We booked another night because we liked it so much, and wished we could have stayed longer. It had an all-inclusive feel, with food and drinks available by the pool or in the big restaurant and bar facing the Gulf. We expected the food to be just okay, but the pulpo and whole fried fish were excellent. The beach sits below the pool, down some stairs. There’s a foot shower, rustic wooden swings, and plastic chairs under a shade cover. By the pool, the toilets were new, clean, and nice, with showers and free towels. We first had an oceanfront suite with a balcony, a bar-sized fridge, and a beautifully designed, large modern bathroom. It was wonderfully spacious, and the view over the pool was sensational. The downside was that Wi-Fi didn’t reach the fifth floor, so we asked to move closer to the main floor. Our replacement room cost a little less, was on the first floor, had no balcony, and faced east. We still got lovely water views and could see the greenery on land. Booking online had cost much less than walking in, so we felt we got good value. The hotel is outside the central area, but still within driving distance of plenty of restaurants and amenities, including Walmart Express. There’s also a gas station with a small grocery store right next door. We’ll come back next time we’re in the area.
