The view was good, and a few people at the front desk were genuinely helpful and nice. That's about all I can say in its favor. The place has no standards or respect for guests, so please stay somewhere else. The elevator ventilation was broken, and while the building itself had no AC, the rooms did. The elevator got close to 60º Celsius, which was torture. My mother nearly fainted twice. The room's AC unit was on the balcony, blowing hot air inside and making it unusable. It was over 60 degrees out there all the time. I've never stayed in a dirtier hotel room. They didn't clean, change sheets or towels, or take out the trash. Wi-Fi almost never worked, and neither did the hot water. Every morning at 9 AM, weekends included, renovations started with banging on doors that made it impossible to sleep. They showed no concern for guests paying to enjoy their stay. Judging by the reviews, this has apparently been going on for 3+ years. Shameless, terrible people. Save your money and nerves and book literally anything else.

The front desk staff were the only bright spot. They tried their best to make my girlfriend and me comfortable during our one-night stay at CasAbella Art Hotel. There was no hot water for showers, the pool was closed despite being listed as open on the website, and renovations throughout the hotel meant construction noise woke us in the next room at 8am. We paid 800 pesos for a room with no hot water, no view, no coffee, and noise from 8am-6pm. That's ridiculous. The manager and owner should be ashamed. If you want a nice hotel, spend your money somewhere else.

My family and I were completely disappointed on our first visit. For three days I had to ask for hot water in the shower, and at times there was no water at all. We went upstairs and found a leak on the 6th floor, after which they shut off the hot water. New paint and showerheads would help somewhat. They've been putting money into other things, while the comfort offered is disappointing. The Facebook ads look great, but the actual place is nothing like them. I know the costs are going to double, but for this place, it isn't worth it. Totally disappointing.
