We had a great time at this beautiful resort. Isobel at breakfast and Samuel at the pizza bar were especially friendly, and the pool servers near the kids' area were lovely too. Our housekeeper in room 4255 was super friendly. The food and drinks were very good, the spa was lovely, and all the pools were great. The gym was clean, with plenty of machines and free weights. My husband and I like to walk, but there was a full shuttle service for those who wanted it. The chapel at the top of the hill was a lovely spot to pray.

The food was delicious, and watching humpback whales breach while we ate a fresh breakfast overlooking the ocean was amazing. The all-inclusive setup was great for our family's first trip with a preteen and toddler. The team at El Encanto was top notch, especially Johana, Marco, Elena I, and the others we met. The downtown shuttle was quick and free. One thing I'd change is having highchairs available at meals, plus a map showing accessible routes to restaurants, pools, and recreation areas. We were very impressed and had a wonderful time together.

We loved the service at the adult pool. Juan and Julio were fantastic and got our orders to us quickly. Ask for them when you visit, it's well worth it.

This was our ninth vacation here, and we're still finding more to love. The staff are thoughtful and pay close attention to what you need. Poolside at Il Forno, Jamie's attention to detail was incredible. He even brought coffee from home for my expresso martini, which went above and beyond. Thank you, Jaime.
