We brought a group of 25 to Hard Rock Los Cabos to celebrate our son's high school graduation, and the staff also made our wedding anniversary feel special. Armando, our concierge, stayed on top of everything and made sure the anniversary didn't get lost in the busy trip. At the Rhythms pool, Manuel (“Manny”), Jorge, and Raphael kept everyone happy and hydrated with drinks, towels, smiles, and great conversation. By the end, we felt like friends. Hard Rock Los Cabos and its people made this milestone trip memorable.

We spent a week at Hard Rock Cabo and will definitely plan another trip. The food was wonderful, with lots of variety. There are multiple pools, from lively to quiet and everything between. Service was impeccable, and Manny Rock was fabulous as our assistant. He arranged all our reservations and was there whenever we needed help.

The whole team was wonderful, especially staff manager Fabiana, who checked on us several times and was a delight to talk with. Jonathan & Raúl were incredibly accommodating, promptly taking care of whatever we needed and making the stay feel special. I'd highly recommend this all-inclusive resort for a top-notch, relaxing vacation. Can't wait to return!

We were there in February during whale season and saw many whales from our room. As members, we also appreciated how much the staff helped make the trip memorable. Jonathan and Raul helped plan our activities, and Fabiana arranged a special smores activity at the fire pit. There was plenty to eat, including aguachile, pizza, and tacos. The BBQ at the members pool was delicious, with steak and seafood. We enjoyed dinner at Toro, Umo, and Zen teppanyaki. Santos and Ruben gave us great pool service each day. The kids had fun on the water slides, and Jackie at the kids club looked after our group’s kids for a day while we had spa services. There are 4 pickleball courts too. Go early, since it starts getting hot in the late morning.

When my 10-year-old son twisted his ankle during our stay, the team responded quickly, checked on him regularly, helped with what we needed, and made sure he was comfortable for the rest of the vacation. Their kindness turned a stressful situation into something manageable, and I'm grateful for it. We were impressed by the beautiful property and amenities, but especially by how much the staff cared. Their customer service was outstanding, and we'd gladly recommend the resort to families. Thank you for helping make the trip memorable for all the right reasons.
