Most of the staff were great, and I’d been a quiet, polite guest. But one person at the front desk made this the most insulting hotel experience I’ve had. I was taking a while to get up to pay, and I use crutches because I’ve lost the use of my legs. I have no idea why he singled me out to bully me, but he crossed a line. What he said to me was so insulting I won’t repeat it here. He smirked down at me and seemed to be trying to provoke me into losing my temper. It was just sad. People may forget your words, but they remember how you made them feel. I’d tell people not to stay here, and not to risk it.

We booked by phone and paid when we arrived, just to be safe. For $600 pesos a night, our room had one bed for two adults, a mini refrigerator, a table with two chairs, a closet, a nice shower, and a tiny balcony. The bed was huge but really stiff, and the air conditioning suited me perfectly. It had a small issue turning on, but the woman at the front desk helped right away. I liked the card key too, since it fit in my wallet instead of being a bulky key. We stayed December 24-29, 2021, and I felt safe and comfortable with how quiet it was. We could walk to the beach and nightclubs, and it didn’t seem dangerous even at night. There’s an Oxxo right across the street. Breakfast options are limited in the morning unless you walk about five minutes to Starbucks. The woman at reception was nice and easygoing, and the other guests were quiet. The housekeepers asked before coming in to see if we wanted service. For the price, it felt like a much more expensive hotel. I’ve paid the same $600 pesos elsewhere for rooms that were smaller, older, cheaper-looking, or more basic. I liked this place and would definitely go back.

Really nice local place with unbelievable nightly rates. It’s in a great spot, one block from pollo de oro and La Michoacana ice cream shop. Tio Bob's smoke shop is across the street if you need party supplies.

Looking for a cheap place in Cabo? This fits the bill, and there’s even a room option for six people. It’s also close to all the nightlife attractions.

Great customer service and views, with easy access to everything downtown. The rooms are small but good quality, and the prices are cheap.
