There's construction all around, but the place is clean. The people are friendly, and it's pet friendly too.

A quiet, great spot, and the family who runs it are fantastic. They helped us at every step with moving in. I'm not sure what Wayne means below: the units do have a washer and dryer, fridge, oven, AC, microwave, and so on. You pay extra for them, which is just how it works in Mexico, but the apartments come fully equipped.

The rooftop is a highlight, with an ocean view, BBQ, and pool. The building is clean, well kept, and has an elevator to get up there. Nearby, there's a great coffee shop about a two-minute walk away, and within ten minutes on foot you'll find stores, a gas station, pharmacy, tacos, and the best sushi I've ever had. La Z's beautiful hike is right across the street. Can't wait to come back!

We spent a week here through AirBnb and found it good value, with nicely sized rooms. It's just off one of the main roads into Cabo. The only view is from a corner of the top deck.

Mylene Duarte, your review is completely made up. You wrote: "Equipped apartments (kitchen with appliances, closets, mini-splits). Contact me at MD Properties. One bedroom units from two K 300k pesos. Two bedrooms from 2K 800k. Apply your mortgage credit or I'll process it for you." If that were true, I'd buy it on the spot. All you get is a kitchen sink and granite counter. Telling readers there are kitchen appliances is misleading, even if your price is good.
