Condos Casa La Vida es Bella

The owner was accommodating and bilingual, and parking probably won't be a problem. In the room, there was a small kitchenette stocked with what we needed, including drinking water. It was clean, with fresh linens, good views, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV that connected to Netflix. Well deserved five stars. I'll stay again.

It's less than a 10 minute walk to downtown, and the little pool area is great. My room was clean and had a lovely view. The people running the place were so friendly. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

The deck overlooking the ocean and the awesome pool are two of my favorite things about Casa la vida es Bella. The owners are wonderful, too. Such great value for the money, absolutely love it! 1🌞

Our first year there, last year, was pretty good. This time, we were there January 6, 2020 to January 27, 2020, and the problems began before we arrived. On January 1, Raul, the person in charge and the owner's son, messaged me saying the apartment he called his condo wasn't available because of alleged overbooking. He said we had no choice but to take another apartment six days before departure, and threatened to cancel the reservation I'd made the year before. I have proof and still have his message. When we got there, he said he'd put the three of us in apartment 4. It was very small for three people, and the fridge didn't work. He reduced the price by $140, but we spent a week living out of our suitcases before finally getting our apartment. We couldn't use the pool because a family with a child who screamed all the time was there. There was just the smell of pot, and Raul himself was always stoned, glee like a ball! It felt like apartments were being offered to the highest bidder for $$$. We are four Canadians. Who we will return there apparently 9 and 4 and 3a and 4a I no longer recommend this place!
