I stayed in the building for about three months, November through January. At about $40USD/night renting from the owner, I thought the rate was fair for what I got. I had to watch my spending because of a family emergency, and Cabo is expensive, so this can work if you’re on a budget. I wouldn’t pay more. The location is useful if you like walking: the Marina is about 30 minutes away, the Farmers Market is 20 minutes, and local grocery shops are 10 minutes away. There are two pools. I used the top one because it was really cold, which I liked on hot days, and there weren’t many people there. The pools were fairly clean, about 3 out of 5, but the lounge chairs were worn and dirty, and there were no umbrellas. I brought my own towel. The office girls were kind and helped me get bottled water. I appreciated Sari and two other women whose names I’m sorry I don’t know. Dust was a major issue. The building is by a dirt road, and dust got into the unit. I never used my balcony because it had a thick layer of brown dust, and I wasn’t going to clean it every couple of hours. If you have sinus or lung problems like I do, it could be challenging. I hope they pave the area and plant trees. Construction behind the building brought heavy trucks, noise, and more dust, and I don’t know when that work will end. The cleaning staff came daily and did what they could, but I’d rate the building’s cleanliness 3 out of 5. I saw cigarette butts, used condoms, garbage juice leaking from bags and sticking to shoes, dust, cockroaches, and other trash. It felt filthy. More staff are needed to maintain the place. Some parts looked unfinished, and a few plants were neglected and dying. Sad. There was also a lot of noise, depending on where you stayed. I was on the first floor near the stairs, so I heard people going up and down constantly, local cars without mufflers and loud music, scooters, motorcycles, barking dogs, cat fights, construction trucks, karaoke across the street, concerts at the nearby plaza until 2am, and celebrations at the building’s Roof Top restaurant. Sundays and Mondays were quietest. If you’re sensitive to noise, you might want another place, though Cabo in general is noisy. For a short budget stay when you won’t spend much time inside, it should work. A longer stay could be fine if you don’t mind dust, noise, and some garbage around. It was a solid 3 out of 5 for my needs, but I wouldn’t return if I could avoid it. I hope the nearby area continues improving and the building gets enough funding to make positive changes.

The rooftop pool was a favorite, with fabulous views. The Morgan residences were very clean, and our apartment had everything we needed. We also liked being close to good restaurants, especially Zoko, Fuego, and El Patio. It was an easy stroll of about 20 minutes into town, and everyone we met was friendly. Ubers to downtown were only about four or five Canadian dollars. Definitely good value, and I’d recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at the Morgan Inn. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. There are two pools, and the views from both decks are unmatched anywhere in Cabo. We’ll definitely be back.

We walked to the pier every day, though we’ve been here before and didn’t go on any adventures this time. There’s lots to do if you want. The locals are helpful and friendly, and the area feels safe. For a better deal, barter at the pier, not at places like OXXO. We also shopped locally and took an Uber to Costco to get supplies and save on food costs. Le Comer was within walking distance for groceries. Serge was a big help. Whenever we asked him something, he got back to us quickly. The building and rooms were kept clean by professional cleaners, who also sprayed the hallways for bugs. There was lots of useful kitchen equipment and plenty of comfortable seating, six chairs plus a pull-out couch. The rooftop pool area had great views. Laundry worked well: the washer’s spin cycle left clothes almost dry, and we hung them inside with the windows open. They dried quickly, as did the bedding. Remember your Netflix password if you want to watch TV at night. Quiet hours were followed, so it wasn’t noisy. There was plenty of hot water. I like the dry heat and the new building, and I’d stay here again.

My first hotel stay in Cabo San Lucas was here, and I was very happy with the experience. The rooms were spacious, bright, and comfortable, and for the price, the quality was very good. Everything was in great shape. The sixth-floor pool had a view I loved. Most of all, customer service was excellent. I had questions and they helped me without any trouble. The guest service was good. The hotel is in a convenient area, and you can reach downtown quickly by car. I recommend renting one so you can explore all the places in Cabo. I loved this hotel. Thank you.
