Getting into the room took about an hour because nobody came to help us with the locks, codes and keypads. The first one didn't work, so it took another hour to get a different one. Vanessa said she'd text or email the code so we wouldn't forget it and could get back in that evening, but it never arrived. We returned at 12:45 and couldn't enter. The front desk man was courteous and tried to reach Vanessa or someone else for the code. We waited in the lobby for two and a half hours, until the other man in charge called the hotel back and gave us a code. We didn't get into the room until 3:30, with a flight the next morning. Very unprofessional, and they seemed not to care about guests. We were told the two people who could help were at a party, leaving someone in charge who had no idea how to let us in. The rooms are okay at best. Very bad customer service, gross 🤮

I stayed only a few hours because it was so disgusting. The bathroom had hair, the bed was unmade, and the glasses had lipstick stains. The cleanliness was awful. As a frequent traveler with plenty of comparisons across all kinds of hotels, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's listed on Booking.com, but it's not a hotel. When I arrived, the security guard was asleep, and I had to wait for him to wake up and let me in. He had a terrible attitude and seemed annoyed. They send access codes and you let yourself into your room, but the doors have no inside security, so you can't lock them from within. After I went in, someone entered my room while I was still there. This place isn't safe, comfortable or clean. Terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location is the only good thing. The photos are misleading, and plenty of places with the same amenities have much better rooms. It was truly unpleasant, and I don't recommend it.

Right on Avenida Masaryk in the heart of Polanco, across from Carajillo restaurant, these suites are in a great spot. The room was very well equipped, and the service was excellent from the minute I arrived.
